200mL milk
140g apple puree
2 tbsp hot water
½ tsp gelatine powder
Step by step

Instructions
Combine milk and apple puree in a small bowl; mix well; place water in a small jug; sprinkle over gelatine and whisk with a fork to dissolve gelatine; pour over apple mixture, mixing well. Divide between two, ¾ cup (190mL) ramekins. Refrigerate until set.
