6 nectarines, halved and stones removed
6 store bought anzac biscuits, crushed
2 tbsp honey
1 cup (250mL) water
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla essence alcohol-free
4 x 150g diet peach & mango yoghurt

- Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan forced. Grease a small oven-proof dish.
- Place nectarine halves, skin side down, in prepared dish. Combine biscuits and honey in a small bowl. Divide between nectarine halves. Combine water, cinnamon and essence; pour into base of dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until nectarines are soft. Serve with the peach & mango yoghurt.
