1 broccoli head, cut into small florets

300g chicken breast fillet, thinly sliced

1 tsp Asian seasoning sauce
grated zest and juice of 1 lemon
½ cup (70g) slivered almonds

- Cook the spaghetti according to packet directions; add broccoli to the cooking water for the final 2 minutes, drain, set aside.
- Heat oil in a saucepan over high heat; stir in chicken, garlic, Asian seasoning sauce, lemon rind and juice; cook, stirring for 2 minutes; add the almonds.
- Add spaghetti and broccoli to pan and cook until heated through. Add basil and parsley, toss well. Serve immediately and garnish with whole basil or parsley leaves if desired.
