250g cauliflower, cut into florets
1 tbsp Nestlé CERELAC Rice cereal

1. Place cauliflower in a small saucepan; cover with water; bring to the boil and simmer until tender; drain, reserving 2 tbsp cooking liquid; push through a sieve or blend in a food processor or blender.
2. Place ¼ cup puree (remaining puree can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer) and Nestlé CERELAC Rice Cereal in a small bowl; add enough reserved cooking liquid to thin to required consistency.
